OMNOVA Solutions provides durable vinyl films used in day-to-day applications, including ceiling tiles, which are an important part of many commerical buildings.

One Product, Several Applications

Our 2 mil rigid vinyl film can be laminated to fiberglass, gypsum or mineral fiberboard substrates and used in a wide variety of applications ranging from clean rooms for hospitals or manufacturing locations to decorative laminates for sound-proof tiles or open office systems. Films can be perforated when the ceiling tile needs to meet acoustical requirements.

Because this vinyl does not trap dirt as readily as mineral fiber board, ceiling tiles made with OMNOVA vinyl can be easily cleaned. Our film offers additional advantages, including:

• Acoustically “neutral” when fabricated into acoustical ceiling panels
• Available in a wide variety of textures to enhance the interior environment
• Reflective properties can help to brighten the environment
• A 2 mil film is more cost effective than heavier gauge films
