Our GenCeal® latex has excellent ionic stability and is used in the manufacture of wallboard and to add barrier properties to exterior sheathing.
Our products are also used in construction nonwovens such as PET roofing mat. Sequabond® and GenCryl® polymers combine excellent strength and thermal dimensional stability with superior runability in your plant setting. OMNOVA’s binder technology has been successfully exported to Europe, where we are effectively meeting the needs of the commercial roofing market.
Additionally, OMNOVA Solutions produces calcium stearate dispersions, wax emulsions and acrylic/styrene butadiene polymer emulsions as additives for cement production.
Rubberized Running Tracks
OMNOVA Solutions, a member of the American Sports Builders Association, is a major supplier to the sports surfaces market, providing GenFlo® styrene butadiene latex binders and AcryGen® acrylic top coats used in the production of rubberized running tracks, walking trails and standing platforms.
Products for the construction industry are manufactured at OMNOVA’s facilities in Chester, South Carolina, Fitchburg, Massachusetts and Mogadore, Ohio. In addition, our qualified manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia enable us to serve you on a global basis. We can handle bulk rail and truck shipments, flexitanks, drums or totes.
