Key to OMNOVA's success is a broad offering of emulsion polymers and specialty chemistries based on styrene butadiene, styrene butadiene acrylonitrile, vinyl pyridine, acrylic, styrene acrylic, vinyl acetate, vinyl acrylic and our environmentally-preferred PolyFox® fluorosurfactants. OMNOVA's acquisition of ELIOKEM in December 2010 combines two of the world's leading technology innovators into a single, integrated global specialty chemicals provider. The Company's core competencies in the aforementioned chemistries are greatly enhanced with the ELIOKEM acquisition, and OMNOVA's portfolio has been expanded to include expertise in antioxidants and other specialty polymers.

We serve the nonwovens, construction, floor care, tape, adhesives, tire cord and manufactured rubber goods (MRG) and graphic arts markets. We also offer a variety of custom applications that don't fit neatly into a category, such as the solutions we developed for ear plugs and oil fields and our opacifiers for the personal care market. The ELIOKEM acquisition further enhances OMNOVA's offering to the oilfield market, but also enables the Company to gain entry into new, adjacent markets. Our specialty chemicals business office is located in Chester, South Carolina. We manufacture in North America at facilities in Chester and in Calhoun, Georgia, Fitchburg, Massachusetts and Mogadore, Ohio. We also serve Europe and Asia Pacific from offices in London and Shanghai, respectively. OMNOVA's acquisition of ELIOKEM enhances our ability to serve our customers through a broader global manufacturing base with locations in Europe, China, India and the United States. Our network of qualified alliance manufacturing partners enables us to meet your needs on a global basis.
