Kitchen cabinets with dimensional doors and drawer fronts

3D Laminates.
Seamless Dimensional Design.

3D Laminates, also known as rigid thermofoils (RTF), can be membrane-pressed or vacuum-formed to contoured surface profiles. This eliminates the need for T-molding, edgebanding, visible seams and special edge treatments. A wide selection of patterns and designs includes solid colors, realistic woodgrains and abstract patterns.

Benefits

Dimensional flexibility
Easily conform to three-dimensional surfaces. Provide an attractive, seamless appearance well suited for cabinet doors and drawer fronts.

Durability
Abrasion, scratch and UV resistant to maintain a “like new” appearance.

Cleanability
Easy clean-up, usually with just soap and water.

Customizable
You can vary colors, patterns and embossings to quickly and easily create unique or differentiated products.

HPL/LPL color matching
Our HPL/LPL Color Matching Program identifies which of our 3D Laminates closely approximate the color of a number of popular High Pressure Laminates (HPL) and Low Pressure Laminates (LPL), also known as thermally fused melamines (TFM), available on today's market.

Quick availability
A large selection of Stock products is available in low minimum order quantities and are typically available for shipment within two days. Custom products can be available in as little as four weeks. Domestic production eliminates the long lead time of off-shore supply and reduces product development cycle time.

Technical capability
Our experienced associates can provide technical product information to assist you in your laminate selection. In addition, OMNOVA offers field technical support to aid process start-up and troubleshooting.
