3D Laminates.
Many of the creative as well as the physical attributes of OMNOVA Solutions' 3D Laminates and surf(x)® 3D Laminates can be customized to give you the ability to quickly create unique and differentiated products that achieve specific decorative and functional effects, or meet demanding project requirements. Our experienced technical associates can assist you in your selection of the proper combination that best meets your creative and practical needs.
The customizable attributes of our 3D Laminates include their color, pattern, embossing, thickness, roll width, packaging and masking. In addition, we offer a Pre-Applied Adhesive Service Program.
Color, Pattern, and Embossing
For those projects where the "look” is the highest priority, we offer one of the industry’s largest design and embossing libraries. By leveraging our creative resources, you can have an unmatched degree of freedom to create fresh, new designs and unique material appearances by exploring combinations of patterns, colors and embossings.
The creativity doesn't stop with the selection or creation of a pattern. You can achieve a different appearance for your finished 3D Laminate by customizing the colors used during the printing process.
Laminate Thickness
The thickness of our 3D Laminates and surf(x) 3D Laminates can be customized from 8 to 16 mil (0.008” to 0.016”).
Roll Width
The standard roll widths for our 3D Laminates are 50”, 53” and 62”. We can custom cut or “slit” a standard roll width to match your production requirements.
Packaging
OMNOVA knows that you may have specific needs for packaging and shipping. We actively seek to understand your shipping needs, so your product arrives when it’s needed, and is packaged and skidded in a manner that is compatible with your handling and production requirements, saving you time and trouble.
Masking
An optional protective film, or “mask," can be placed over the surface of the laminate. The mask, which is removed after final production, helps to protect the laminate’s surface during shipping or if rough handling is anticipated during production make-ready.
Pre-Applied Adhesive Service Program
