Marine Industry Leaders OMNOVA and Syntec to Form Strategic Partnership
BEACHWOOD, OHIO, May 1, 2020 – OMNOVA Solutions, a Synthomer company, has announced a new strategic business partnership with Syntec Industries, a marine products leader since 1986.
OMNOVA will continue to develop, produce and supply innovative marine upholstery products, and Syntec will oversee the sales function for these products. Existing OMNOVA customers will receive the same premium product they are accustomed to while enjoying an enhanced customer experience. New customers will benefit from Syntec’s broad portfolio of marine surfacing products and accessories.
